 Redistribution

We are a non-profit organisation.

Meaning we operate on a principle of mutual support.

Those who can afford it contribute to our shared fund, which we use to help organizations who can't access language support due to financial barriers.

These contributions are solely used for our community development and retribution. You can see all of the annual contributions in our Open Collective profile, ensuring financial transparency to our community.

Every six months, we reassess and redistribute funds, prioritizing those who:
-> Have volunteered 10-15 active hours with us
-> Use hard-to-source and non-colonial languages
-> Are based in the Global South
